go to options and change settings

I cant not  tell you  want causes it  but I  will tell you how to  open t6hem. If you have any  folders on the  side  like read mail or  that or make one up  transfer those to  that  file and then you can go and open them.

I have that  problem and I found out that if I did that I could open them with no problem then

  I just created a new folder  and then transfer them there and open  them when I need to
