Yahoo Mail search limited to year 2008 only?

Hi,

I use new Yahoo mail interface (not Classic). When i do a search for a term to get messages having that term in their header/text, only the mails sent in year 2008 are being searched. What ever I search for, results come only from the messages sent in 2008. How do I make the search go back to older messages?

Any help is appreciated.

This has been a major problem for me. Mine only searches about eight weeks back. Also considering changing over to gmail.

If you search answers.yahoo.com for "Yahoo Mail Search", you will discover that there are LOTS of users experiencing the exact same problem . . . including me! I first reported the problem July 11 2008. One of my 3 accounts started to work again over the weekend. I still have not received notification from Yahoo that the issue had been fixed.

Perhaps it's time to migrate to gmail
