Yahoo Music 2 Years for the price of 1 didn't work?

Question

I signed up for Yahoo Music with my Master Card. It was supposed to be 2 years for the price of one but my account says next payment due date is 12 months away. How do I get this straightened out?

I had the same happen to me.  It took about 4 days of emails and replys, but they did end up getting the problem corrected.  Good Luck and don't give in.
