Question:

Yahoo! Music Jukebox requires an upgrade. It won't upgrade. What should I do?

After it downloads the upgrade it just stops. If I try to load a new version of jukebox I get an unsuccessful message.

  1. If the upgrade fails, then you have to manually upgrade.  It appears you tried that unsuccessfully.  Did you check add or remove programs for a Yahoo Music Jukebox entry?  If there is one, then Remove (uninstall) YMJ. If you are successful removing the entry, then try to re-install YMJ.  If no entry in add or remove programs, then you need to post under your question (add details), the exact error message text you got when attempting to re-install YMJ.
