Yahoo Music Jukebox won't even open!?

Question

When MusicMatch Jukebox went out of business I was encouraged to switch to Yahoo's Jukebox. However, no matter what I do, how many times I redownload and reinstall it - the program will NOT open AT ALL. I get an error message every single time. I'm at the point where I'm ready to buy any program that'll play MP3s. What do I need to do to get it to work? And where can I e-mail actual Yahoo tech support people?

If you have an older computer it might be because of compatibility issues, I know my computer slows down a bit when i start jukebox and I have only had my  new computer for a few months now, so if you have alot of memory used up on your computer it just may be too large to open.
