Yahoo Reuters and attached pictures from My Yahoo page there is no attached picture, why?

Question

When I open a news Reuter from My Yahoo news Reuters there should be a picture in the upper left of the selected Reuter, I have pop ups off. I know that not every Reuter will have a picture and sometimes for less than a second a picture will appear. The rest of the page appears to load correctly, advertisements, news source header info. and the links at bottom of page.

keep scrolling down, and the pictures will be on the bottom as if they got put on a second page.  This happens to me, and i am frustrated also because i don't want to scroll to the bottom to see a picture.  This only happens on the machine that is running Vista and IE 7.  if you figure it out let me know.
