What is your experience with Yahoo Search Marketing? We have not have any success. I suspect that many of the clicks come from robots. Here is the website we have an account for:

search marketing results are like statistics un a way. We use Yahoo Search Marketing for our site http://hostgumbo.com and... Well, we have seen ok results. But nothing special. We normally get a sale for about every 125 to 145 clicks. So we have to manage our actual cost per click very closely. Good luck with your project.
