Is it possible to add new fonts to Yahoo Sitebuilder?

  1. All the fonts that you have on your computer should appear on the options for fonts but you will need to make the font into an image because people without that font on their computer won't be able to see it


  2. Absolutely! Assuming you are using a version of Windows that isn't Vista (only because I've no experience with its filetree and use of fonts), SiteBuilder can read any font that is in the c://windows/fonts folder.

    Be advised, though, that if you use a custom font on your webpage, it will revert to a default font if the viewer's computer does not have that font.

    You can overcome this, however, by right-clicking the text box with the custom font, choosing 'properties', and then 'publish text as image'. Although it will be treated/saved as an image when you publish, it will appear properly on the website, and be editable as text in SiteBuilder itself.
