Yahoo Sports! UFC 85?

Is Yahoo sports a good product? I wanna watch UFC 85 from the comfort of my own computer, but I'm wondering (for those who've tried it before), is the picture quality good? And even more importantly, does it run smoothly or does it have to buffer every 5 seconds? Any information would be appreciated.

It ran smoothly for me. I have a 25mbit download rate though. If your anywhere above 10mb/s i think it should be good for you.

Quality is also good as well
