Yahoo Stores Got order confrm from ex-gamingLLC but not receive they will not answer my emails. What do I do?

ordered Wii from ex-gamingLLC.com 12/26/07 - recvd comfirmation of the order by email with payment by VISA that said would take 5-7 days to ship. Not here yet and they are not responding to my emails. check their site the Wii is still showing available, so I assume others could order one and not receive the product. How do I get a Yahoo Store to respond to why I have not received the Wii, and why they don't respond to customers. Does Yahoo oversee these store in anyway. Now I am afraid that I have ordered through a scam of some kind. What should I do. I do not have a phone number?

yahoo stores just host the site and do not endorse them, contact yahoo with a complaint , since ex-gaming is not responding to your attempts to reach them, call your credit card company to contest the charge/
