I've been trying to contact Yahoo! web hosting for a weeks now via the help section, because I can no longer set up sub-domains on my account. so far I'd had no reply from them. Anyone one know why?

yahoo is the worst web hosting service out there.

get hostgator, 4.95 a month and you pay on a montly cycle. great service.
