Yahoo anti-spy keeps coming up with Koolynoody,?

I remove it but the next time I turn on my computer, it's there again. What is this?

  2. Whenever running Anti-virus or Anti-spyware, it's best to turn off "System Restore". Once it is removed, empty Recycle Bin and Turn System Restore back on. If it is in R/B, it is still active. When you turn PC back on it reloads itself.
