Yahoo culbs, I ve seen some with 150,000 members is there a limit ?

I guess that an e mail sent to a club with

as many as 150,000 members will then

send out 150,000 e mails to all its members

Its a brilliant device and keeps everyone up

to speed but is there a limit to the membership

Could it in theory get to 1 million or more ?

There is no limit to the number of members a group can have.  If a group should get to 1million +, it would not be a problem except to the group owner/moderators to figure out a way to keep up with the large volume.    The number of emails sent from a group would be much smaller because many people join groups and never post a message.  A lot of members set their email delivery notification to "No Email" or to "Daily Digest".

150,000 doesn't mean all members are active or that they all have individual mail. don't think there's a cap on how many members a group can have.
