Yahoo email. yahoo suspended my account 2 weeks ago with the message "unusual activity detected"

yahoo suspended my account 2 weeks ago with the message "unusual activity detected" your account maybe suspended for 48 hours this was on the 16th of March, still suspended. I switched to an alternate email addy so that I could receive and send mail to Yahoo groups, this lasted about 2 hours then that was blocked and I can no longer use that at all. Can anyone please help?Terri
