Question:

Yahoo finance portfolio pulldown menus don't work?

Since Yahoo went to their new format three or four weeks ago I have been having trouble opening up my portfolios. When I hover above the portolio tab the pulldown menu doesn't open up. Usually I can keep opening windows and eventually one will work but today I have open about 20 and still no luck. Any ideas?

  1. It may have been a glitch.  Seems to be working fine for me both yesterday when I first read your question as well as today.

    If it still doesn't work, you may need to report it directly to Yahoo!

    Here's how to get to a page to report your problem directly to Yahoo!

    At the top right of the page, there's a help link. Click on that to get your here

    Then click on one of the links on the left like quote basics. Here's that page:

    Finally, at the bottom is the contact customer care button. Yes, it's convoluted, but that's one way to get there!

    Once you get there and ask your question, they're pretty good at getting back to you, but you may have to ask/answer back and forth a couple of times.
