Yahoo groups: How can I set it so I receive only emails from the owner?

I belong to several yahoo groups where I want to receive messages from the owner/moderator, but am not interested in the general discussions. Can I set it so that I receive only these? Note: The owner does not make their messages "special notices" so I can't just set it to receive only "special notices".

try going no mail and read off the group, you can put their e-mail addy into the post search and only read theirs. I doubt yahoo will ever come up with the features you're wanting.

To the best of my knowledge unless they were sent "special notice" the only other way would be  to pick up messages at the site.

I'm sorry to say that currently there is no option available for you to receive messages from group owners only.
