Yahoo has suddenly become the default email.

Question

I do not want yahoo to be my default email. It should have been outlook express yet every time i click on a contact email address.. yahoo email pops up.. I remove the yahoo tool bar but that did not help .. how can I stop yahoo from doing this? Please help Peter studner
