Yahoo has the wrong service provider listed and won't let me register.?

Question

I changed service providers from Verizon to Cingular last week, but Yahoo thinks my phone is still on Verizon and won't let me register with the accurate info.

Sign into mobile device

Option: 1

1. Press the <Messenger> from the top left corner of Y/M

2. From the pull down menu u select <sign into mobile device ..>

3. Select country where u currently located.. & so.

4. Click <OK> when done.



Option 2:

Goto: http://sites.mobile.yahoo.com/s/devregal...

1. Fill up the 10 digit phone no.

2. Follow the step as what they request.



Remarks: Firstly, Yahoo mobile is not supported to all country. Secondly, does your carrier phone company support to Y/M?

You need to delete the files from your computer.  Yahoo has nothing to do with this.  Yahoo is a website and nothing to do with your provider.  Your provider's are the ones you have to change
