they are trying to come up with a solution to prevent people from dominating the boards by setting up multiple accounts.  they can't come up with a practical way to solve this problem, if you have any ideas please message me.

of course they are not telling the truth. it is out of laziness or lack of caring that companies put out shoddy quality and less than acceptable customer support.

this is especially true on here , where arbitrary rules are used at an administrators whim. this site is run biased with unprofessional motives in every aspect.

It is really a shame that with so many followers, this site does not cater to their needs better. but I am sure after the number of people using the services decline, they will start paying attention..
