Yahoo mail in Morocco?

Question

My friend is in Morocco and he is not able to access yahoo mail. Evidently only European domain names will load at the cyber cafe he is at. Yahoo mail will not load at all but yahoo.co.uk will. When he clicks a link it redirects him to yahoo.com.

Every other link works fine but he just can't access his yahoo mail. Is there anything he can do to be able to access his mail?

unfortunately the way the cyber cafe is set up he won't be able to do that there/
