  1. Write to them! I have the same problem, and I believe their database or index or whatever is broken. I'm paying for the service as well, and if they don't fix it soon, I'm switching to another provider.

    Looks like yahoo is in a bad shape right now.

    How do you write to them, since there is no customer service email? I switched to their new mail look, then switched back and was asked to leave feedback. Search is broken on the new mail as well.
