Yahoo music jukebox registered on to many machines?

Question

When I sign into my yahoo music jukebox I get a fault that says my yahoo music jukebox is registered on to many machines. I have only used this on 2 computers the one at my house and one at my dads that no longer exists. Thats accounts for two computers . The max is supposed to be three. This worked fine a few days ago. Out of know where it tells me to foolow some directions and deactavte one of my computers. We'll the only one I can disconnect is the only one I use. Apparently someone has hacked my account or something and added another computer. Since yahoo are bunch of don't care about there customers %^$#@** I have to turn to the public foe help. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.

Unfortunately, you're not going o like this answer but don't shoot the messenger.  This happened to me once and the only way to resolve it is to email them ask them to clear all your machines.

The nice thing was it didn't take them long to fix it after the email.
