How do i make my avatar a pic off my computer?

~if you meant to add picture from computer to yahoo answers, you can either create 360 account, and add to profile, then use 360 image here in profile as primary,

~or upload to member  picture profile pop-up manager, and use for all of yahoo image profiles,
