Yahoo server problems?

I am trying to purchase a domain and each time it says interanl error and my credit card purchase does not go through. How do I get this fixed?

1. Clear the Internet cookies and flushdns ( ipconfig /flushdns )

2. Restart your computer and try again, make sure you click [Accept] or [Confirm] or [Process] or [Buy] (depending on the option) ONLY once.

3. Use the "contact us"  or "help" features  in order to get additional information to see if it is the page itself that is having difficultiesl..
