Yahoo shows the Nokia e62 as supported with Yahoo Go, but the software won't load.?

Yahoo says that phone is supported, but when I try to load the software on the phone, I get a message that the phone isn't supported. Why? Had anyone else tried this and gotten it to work on an e62?

  1. Nope, I haven't gotten that error.  Have you tried calling your phone carrier?
