Yahoo site builder how do i keep my background still so when i scroll everything else will move?

check it out www.joesgamez.com when you click welcome and enter some letters are hard to read. i wanna be able to keep the background still. when i scrool up. someone help me

  1. Where it says body background = "yourpicture.jpg" .. add bgproperties="fixed" before the closing bracket (>)

    It will look like this on yours:

    <body bgcolor="#FFFFFF" background="images/LOGO_23.JPG" bgproperties="fixed">
