Yahoo sponsered stores anyone know about them?

there is a company called www.lessforluxury.com. I ordered from them and first they werent responding to my emails then yesterday they sent me an email that said in the next 24-48 they will email me with a tracking number. Then when I got on this morning, the site was undercontruction and I tried to email them and the email came back to me.... If they are backed by yahoo do you think there is someone I could email (yahoo wise) if I dont get my merchandise?

they just bought web domain and space thru yahoo, I would let yahoo customer service know also if you paid by credit card, contest the charge with your issuing bank, something is not right with this/

I would definitely contact Yahoo to get more details.  It's online stores like that that give ecommerce a bad name when it comes to customer service.
