  1. What browser are you using?  (Look under Help/About if you are not sure the version.)

  2. It's not missing, it's still there, just not visible.  If you have IE7, click on Tools, Toolbars, then check Yahoo! Toolbar - if you have IE6, click on View, Toolbars, then check Yahoo! Toolbar.  If you have Firefox, click on View, Toolbars, then check Yahoo! Toolbar.

Edit:  If you recently added something to your browser it could have knocked the Yahoo! Toolbar off it's place on your browser, especially if you are using Internet Explorer - or, sometimes it can happen for no reason.  I remember when I added McAfee SiteAdvisor to my IE browser, I thought I had lost my Yahoo! Toolbar - but it was there when I went into "Toolbars", I just had to recheck it and then it appeared.  If you have IE7, you have two "Tools" features on your menu bar - the one that has "Toolbars" in its' menu is the one with the icon of a tool beside it, on the far right side of your "Home" icon. You also have a "Lock the Toolbars" option in the Toolbars menu, so I would make sure that is also checked.
