Yahoo user name picture?

Question

I have a picture that I want to go onto Yahoo answers already on my computer. But the problem is that on my Yahoo 360, I don't know how to and plus, I think there's some type of error on there at the photo album selection. Can somebody help me get my picture on? Please note that do not want a Yahoo Avatar!
