Yahoo why can't I down load a picture from 360 to use as my avatar?

I used to be able to do this so has this facility been withdrawn or perhaps further restrictions have been imposed? If so I would like to know please. Thank you for your time.

It’s a STEP-by-STEP Instruction. So follow it carefully!

♦STEP#1:- How to create a 360 account?

You’ve to make a 360 account by using the link http://360.yahoo.com.

Click on the Yellow button, which says ‘Get Started’. Follow the instructions

to create one. After you’ve created a 360-account click:-

‘My Page’ at the top of your 360 page> ‘Edit personal photos’ at the top left corner>Click Browse and browse My Pictures (or wherever you have it saved) and find the picture and click on it and it will be sent to your Yahoo! 360°, click Save.

♦STEP#2:- How do I convert my photo to JPG format?

To convert your photos to JPG format go to Microsoft paint and

Open that photo. Click File and ‘Save As’ JPG in your drive.

•When you are done click ‘SAVE’ at the bottom of the page where you

had browsed that photo. This will ‘Save’ your Image.

♦STEP#3:- How to show my photo on Y!A?

•When its Uploaded and Saved click on

‘Edit Personal Photos’ once again and ticks on ‘Set As Primary>Click this link http://answers.yahoo.com/my/my_edit >Tick ‘Use My 360 Picture’

After this, you’ve to Logout of your Yahoo Account. Then Sign In once again to Y!A to get your Personal photo instead of the Avatar.

What if my photo doesn’t show up?

It takes awhile to upload depending on your server and connectivity. If there is no disturbance then it should get uploaded immediately! Some users are experiencing delays. So be patient if it doesn’t show up.

Well as far as I know 360 is shutting down so many of the features there don't work anymore. Maybe that's the problem.

Make sure that your picture is under Jpeg format and under 5 mb of size.

Upload your picture.

Don't forget to click on "Set as Primary" on the right side of your picture in your 360. Do it here:

Now, come back to Yahoo Answers. Click the "My Profile" link to the upper right of this Yahoo Answers page, then click "Edit My Info" in the top left box on the Answers profile page. Scroll down to the image section and check the option of showing the 360 picture. Click Preview and then the OK button. Do it here:
