Question:

Yahoo won't let me sign in to my 360 account?

Okay---when I'm signed in to my mail and all, I go to the Yahoo Main Page and click on "360"

Then, it takes me to a sign in page. My Yahoo ID is already in, so they just ask for my password.

I put in my password----it starts to load---then it just goes back to the Sign In screen again.

When I put in something else than my password, it says "Invalid ID or Password"

I know my password to 360 is the actual password! It's getting really frusturating. And it's not because of my computer---I've tried to do it on other computers too.

Is Yahoo not letting anyone on their 360 page? If not, what's wrong?

  1. Don't go to the Yahoo main page.

    - Go to http://360.yahoo.com

    - Click the teeny tiny "Sign-in" link on the upper left of the page (if you're not already signed in). After signing in, the page refreshes and you should click on the teeny tiny "Yahoo 360 Home" link on the upper right of the page to get into the 360 space.

If you've had any change in your ISP service and your 360 was connected to an e-mail account provided by the ISP, then you can lose access to your 360 space. Or it could be a temporary glitch. There could be several avenues to explore and more information would be necessary before I go through listing them all. So, just try entering your 360 space, assuming it's already been activated, as stated above.
