Yahtzee rolls-three 2's or a full house, which is tougher?

Say you are on your 2nd last turn in a Yahtzee game and you roll a full house - 2's over 5's and you need three 2's to make 63 on top. You also need to get a full house to win. Which one do you mark off, the 2's or the full house?

i always roll full houses when I don't need em (after I mark it off or use it) and never when its what I need (like the last thing) so I would take the full house and try again on the 2's

You mark off the 2's.because you earn 41 points for the 2's and only 25 for the Full House.

I'm NOT positive.. but I think statistically it's more difficult to roll a specific three of a kind than a full house.

Personally, I find rolling full houses easier than rolling three of a kind of any number.  That may just be the way it works out for me though, I don't know.

I love playing Yahtzee! Myself I would go for the 2's so you can get the 63 points you need for the extra bonus points.
