He continued by pointing out that although the experience wasn’t the worst thing out there it was not one he would want to go through a second time.
"It was good but I don't want to play in there again.” Said the striker before continuing, "In football, you never know what is going to be, but Blackburn really has been a part of me.”
He gave http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Rovers-c40385 fans another reason to be hopeful when he say explained that the city and the club had become a home for him and that he was not sure where he would be come the start of the next season.
He said, "I felt at home there but we'll see what is going to happen. I think it's too early to say whether I'll be moving on. I may be in the Championship. I may be in the Premier League."
Blackburn Rovers endured an arduous campaign in the Barclays Premier League as the club never really got going under the management of Steve Kean. Fans had criticised his appointment from day one and the pressure never let up.
The club’s owners however, remained unmoved and continued their support of the faltering manager and one can expect that to play a major role in determining how many of the club’s top players will decide to stay on and how many will see their future with clubs elsewhere in the country.
