Yale or Harvard for foreign students?

A friend of mine who lives in Italy is thinking of enrolling at Harvard or Yale university. Do you think it's possibile?

Answer 1

She would have to be one of the top students in Italy and speak and write English well enough to get very high SAT scores.

Answer 2

Only if she is brilliant and tests extremely high.

Answer 3

For Yale, you need:

• The SAT I and two SAT II Subject Tests (any two Subject Tests are acceptable) or

• The ACT

For Harvard:

• The SAT I and three SAT II Subject Tests (any two Subject Tests are acceptable) or

• The ACT

Both along with your High school graduation

The higher you score on either option, the more likely you will gain admission.
