Yamaha PRO 50 HP motor problem?

Question

The motor locks up and propeller will not move in neutral. When I move the Flywheel it will eventually start up and run fine for a while then it quits and is locked up again. I have a manual for it. I am trying to see how difficult it is to fix and what I will have to do for the procedure? Please help me.

you didn't add oil to the gas.
