  1. the ducati r model you are talking about is way more pricey than the other two. the hayabusa and the r1 are two different bikes set up of different purposes. the r1 would be good for knee draggin in the turns and the hayabusa is more of a drag bike. id take the hayabusa out of the three ... its more stretched out and comfortable compared to the 1000's.

  2. I'm 62 and selling my Harleys so I can buy a busa. If my beat up body can sit comfortably on one that's four aces!!!!!!!!!!!

  3. "Hayabusa hands down, can't beat the best," that's a ridiculous statement.  If you live in Florida where the roads are straight with no elevation changes its fine, I guess.  Except on the drag strip, the R1 and 1098 will outperform a hayabusa even if the rider is having his worse day!!!!  Go with the R1 or 1098.  Ducati, well what more can be said about Ducati, it's kinda pricey but if you can afford it, go for it.  I have an 05 R1 track bike and I love it, she's not the most comfortable bike for scooting around town on but for on the track performance it can't be beat.

  4. Hyabusa is a fast bike but heavy compared to the other two. My choice would be the Ducati, very competent sport bike, s**y as h**l and you don't see one on every corner.

  5. im a fan of the r1... im 350 and ride it with ease... i have been up to speeds well over 160mph with plenty more to go. i rode a busa a few times didnt really like it... that thing is just to d**n bulky and its not as sporty as the r1. keep in mind that busa's are really sport touring and that is how they handle.

    good luck!!

  6. Hayabusa hands down, can't beat the best.

  7. R1, it is a lighter bike and of course all sort of after market parts.  Ducati, awesome bike but it is expensive to service.  The Eyes Abuser, it is just urgly fast rocket on land and doesn't take curve very well.  If you are planning to ride on freeway without curve, yea it is a nice bike.

Whatever you choose it is up to you.  Enjoy your bike and be safe!
