When I turn it on , the sound goes on and off , I can turn it off and back on and its fine ,usually I have to do this several times .I have all ready changed the surge protector ,but it still does the same thing .Is there something wrong with this brand new unit ? or what can I do to solve this problem ? Also The remote does not have much strength ,it only works about 10 ft away ,I have tried new batteries .Please Help. Thanks Nick
