Yamaha RX-V470 LEDs/Lights all out

Question

All of the lights, indicators, etc. have gone out on our receiver. It is now impossible to know which settings or programs I am on (borrowed the description from an identical problem on another forum). Otherwise, the receiver operates fine. Is there a common item that would cause all of the lights to stop working at the same time?
