Yamaha dsp AX1 problems?

Question

Hi,when i turn my amp on sometimes 1 of the speakers wont work(normally main left or rear right)i have to use the test button to check and then turn amp off and on again then a different speaker wont work,it takes a few goes before they all work and then its ok untill i use it the next time.I know its nothing to do with the speakers or cables as i have checked all this.I have heard of this problem with the ax1 its something to do with the switch relays on the pre outs but cant find much about it on the net.Does anyone have any ideas what i can do?Thanx

my amp yamaha dsp ax1, lost its memory after 7 to 8 hours and reset to its factory setting.
