Yamaha dt100e?

i have a '78 yamaha dt100e enduro. it was sitting in my backyard for years so i decided to try and fix it up, so i tried moving it and the front wheel wont move. im thinking the front brake is locked up from all these years of just rusting. any help?

  1. Scrap it dude.

    It will usless to ride and will cost a fortune to fix up.

    It was left for a reason. Sorry to be a let down dude.
