Yamaha gp 760 1998 waverunner not starting?

hey i haven't started this waverunner in over two year and i was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on me getting it to turnover..It cranks strongly so i know the starter is good..I also changed the spark plugs. But it jus wont turn over ...

You need three things for an engine to run. Fuel, compression and spark at the right time. Try squirting a little fuel directly in the carb then give it a crank. If it fires then its your fuel. If its not then look at the other two things. Good luck.
