Yamaha or Kawasaki sportbike?

Hey, I just turned 19, and am interested in a sportbike. Im not sure what brand. Any comments are helpful. Thanks

Whatever bike you're interested in, get insurance quotes before you choose to purchase it.  Being a 19 year old male, it's going to be crazy expensive.  Don't buy a bike until you know for sure that you can afford the bike payments and the insurance.

With that said, take a look at Honda CBR's.

Yamaha YZF R6, and can I have your liver when you die? I think mine is failing from all of the alcohol intake.

I used to be like you, but had many friends die on them, now I have a family, and a little girl, so now I'm looking at a bad@$$ bass boat instead, like a Skeeter.

well, i have a friend who has a yamaha and it works pretty good.

i have a baja warrior. I drove it into a whole,

a fence

a tree

and my garage, lol.

That was the first day i got it. It's STILL in one piece. After all that, i didn't even need to get it fixed, i just got back on and rode it, it was okay and very fun.

Yamaha r6. That is my favorite.

If this is your first, you should get a beginner bike one with limited power. You'll need something you can lay down a few times and not be too upset. Get a pre-owned Ninja, and once your an ace,then move up to something more powerful.

Get a used Kawaski Ninja 250 or 500R.  Either are good starter bikes, good on gas, cheap to buy, fun to ride, and easy to find used.
