Mets are more fan friendly! and its too easy to be a yankees fan- you cant truly enjoy the thrill of winning a world series without having to endure decades of losing teams.

Mets because they always have been the Underdog, They won in 1969 1986, and just maybe 2008, The Favorite Yankees are more likely to miss the Playoffs then the Mets, In Fact The Mets are leading the Phillies 2 games in  The National League East Division where the Yankees are 10 Back of Tampa Bay and 5 and Half behind Boston for the American League Wild Card and East Divisions.

So the Mets win the Argument.

Neither...I choose the Brewers!!!!!  

Both the Yankees and Mets have loaded rosters and I hear both fans complain about how they lack this or that in their lineups.  It just makes me sick that they don't even have a clue what it is like for fans of most teams.  They are clueless!!!!!  Baseball is not like it use to be and that is sad!!!!!  Large markets have killed baseball.

What are you asking? Are we fans? What team has a better organization? What team has a cooler logo? These are why I detest these kinds of questions.

Anyway, I'm a Yankees fan, so I'm choosing the Yankees. I've been a Yankees fan for nearly three decades. I didn't get involved because of the championships. I became a Yankees fan because I'm from New York, I love baseball and they were the first team I ever saw.

And I'm not changing.

Edit: Note to the Mets fan two spots above me: The Mets are no sure thing, either. Regardless, Yankees fans aren't going to start rooting for the Mets to win just so New York can have a championship. Mets fans didn't root for the Yankees. And we're not "living in the past." We're Yankees fans, not Mets fans. Accept it and move on. And what does "right now" have to do with being a fan of a team? Besides, the Yankees aren't "horrible." And if they are, the same can be said for the Mets' bullpen.

Edit No. 2: OK, you're not a Mets fan. So what's the point of saying Yankees fans should "stop living in the past?" The Mets may arguably be better, but what's the point of that statement other than you not wanting to hear the whole "26 rings" argument? (One that I rarely use, by the way.) And silly? Please, youngin'. Save the insults for someone else. I didn't come at you with a cross face. Try talking with intelligence instead of a screen name that reeks of childishness.

The Brewers, because both of those teams suck, and their fans are a~holes.

There are SOME good fans, so if I HAD to choose, I'd pick the Yankees, just because I like Mariano Rivera.
