I was born in New York and now i moved to Boston and I'm kind of hated should i become a Sox fan

Yeah, I'm serious convert. A friend of mine wore a Yankees pinstripe jacket and it didn't say "yankees" and Bostonian beat him with a bat. I have no problem saying like jeter and telling everyone that A-rod is beastly though.

I hate the Yankees, but I hate traitors even move. Stay a Yankees fan. If you don't want to be hated, then don't get in people's face about being a Yankees fan and keep a sense of humour about it, and lay low during Yankees-Red Sox series.

No you shouldn't.  Why change teams just because you moved?  Some Boston fans on Y/A will say yes you should but what if you were born in  Boston & moved to NewYork, & asked should I (being you)  become a Yankees fan. Would they say yes  to that?  No.  Stay a Yankee fan

Nah, stay a Yankee fan. I moved to Texas from NY and still a Yankee fan, though I cheer for The Rangers, simply cause I like 'em. I am one of those sportsfans that believes you are a fan of a team because of who the team consists of, and not due to their name or where one lives. I mean last season around this time, I jumped on Tampa's bandwagon, but doesnt mean I am moving there as well as liking The Twins, Marlins. Next season I could see myself liking The Royals ( have mildly done so), but certainly not living there. I like a team of guys, not the history of the team or the teams franchise of where I live.
