If this isn't the checkmate plan for Iran and Central Asia- what is?

NeoCon Imperialistas demand exclusive control of airspace above 30000 ft, 58 permanent bases- including 14 massive airfields- the very latest in Western technology and a series of embassies that would put British Empire fortresses to shame.

Other demands include:

US military/private security company legal immunity

US soldiers total freedom to travel and arrest/ conduct raids without prior approval from Iraqi Government.

Mr al-Maliki placated Tehran stating: “We will not allow Iraq to become a platform for harming the security of Iran and [other] neighbours,” he said.

If you're unaware:

Iran and Iraq waged a vicious 8 year war where Reagan and chums profiteered mightily (remember Contra) & Reagan-Thatcher governments sought their mutually annihilation for better oil access post 1979 oil crisis. Funny how history tends to repeat.

  1. Iraq will never achieve stability with American military presence and political intimidation.  Negotiations with the governments of the middle east to achieve mutual economic goals will do more to help the region to rejoin the international community than threats of force.

  2. Arron Russo, perhaps best known for producing Trading Places starring Eddie Murphy,  but more recently in the spotlight for his exposé of the criminal run for profit federal reserve system, the documentary "America - From Freedom to Fascism", had an interesting conversation with Nick Rockefeller.

Russo states that Rockefeller told him, "Eleven months before 9/11 happened there was going to be an event and out of that event we were going to invade Afghanistan to run pipelines through the Caspian sea, we were going to invade Iraq to take over the oil fields and establish a base in the Middle East, and we'd go after Chavez in Venezuela."

Rockefeller also told Russo that he would see soldiers looking in caves in Afghanistan and Pakistan for Osama bin Laden and that there would be an "Endless war on terror where there's no real enemy and the whole thing is a giant hoax," so that "the government could take over the American people," according to Russo, who said that Rockefeller was cynically laughing and joking as he made the astounding prediction.

Obviously there's money to be made for the Rockefellers and the world's other "elite."

Rockefeller was often keen to stress his idea that "the people have to be ruled" by an elite and that one of the tools of such power was population reduction, that there were "too many people in the world," and world population numbers should be reduced by at least half.

During one conversation, Rockefeller asked Russo if he was interested in joining the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) but Russo rejected the invitation, saying he had no interest in "enslaving the people" to which Rockefeller coldly questioned why he cared about the "serfs."

"I used to say to him what's the point of all this," states Russo, "you have all the money in the world you need, you have all the power you need, what's the point, what's the end goal?" to which Rockefeller replied (paraphrasing), "The end goal is to get everybody chipped, to control the whole society, to have the bankers and the elite people control the world."

Rockefeller even assured Russo that if he joined the elite his chip would be specially marked so as to avoid undue inspection by the authorities.

  3. We're wrong to worry about MRSA, Bird Flu and HIV.

Its the spread of US Military thats gonna kill us all. Is there a cure?

  4. If we want them and our leaders feel we need them than we well have them End of story It not like y'all well dislike us more or y'all can do anything about it ...Please tell us all what a brit english scot etc etc ''yankee'' don't call us that call us SIR

  5. They won't sign off on it.  Iraq is its own sovereign government, they won't allow immunity for American troops and they won't allow them to have free roam over the country.  I don't think any of our status of forces agreements allow for that.  We have military presence in many countries, they have to get clearance from those local governments in order to take action.  It should be the same way in Iraq, and if such a deal is made, that is the only way it will be.

  6. it wasn't about profits, it was about control of the Gulf.  We had to do what we had to do to keep the gulf from coming under complete control of the Iranians.  It's still an issue today.

  7. Sounds like the next logical phase in a global war against Islamic facism.

  8. As of late there have been some reservations about our continued presence there even by high officials in the Iraqi government. The Iraqis want to take full control of their country again. As Americans how would you feel if our leadership was deposed of in 3 days -- Then most of you would probably feel temporary relief. However after 5 years or more of an illegal occupation by a foreign nation that wants practical police powers in the region despite objections from the people - of course you would fight them. There is not going to be any sort of stability in Iraq until we leave for good. Perhaps we can set up a base or two in Kurdish regions but not in Sunni or Shiite areas. We've done enough harm already

  9. this is one of over 500 conflicts we have had in the history of the USA  ,, my army does a good job of protecting me and the kids why worry it's not your country    smoke a hooter and relax for a change

  10. Well, our economy is in a recession, we are spending 275 million dollars a day in the war, the dollar is hitting record lows, and there are rumors of oil reaching $150.00 a barrel in just a few weeks time. Bush’s approval rating has gone from close to 70% at the start of the war to 67% disapproval. Donald Rumsfeld was forced to resign. Scooter Libby was implicated in the Valerie Plame scandal, which some say was an attack on her husband for his views about the US’s desires to go to war. Paul Wolfowitz went on to lead The World Bank, till he was forced to resign amidst scandal. Republicans are distancing themselves from the Bush Administration, and a new report was just issued by the Senate Intelligence Committee stating the administration “led the nation to war on false premises,” and, “statements that Iraq had a partnership with Al Qaeda were wrong and unsupported by intelligence.

Maybe it isn't such a hot idea.

  11. Sorry I thought this was a Baseball Yankee's question :)) ....

  12. Strange logic the US government is using. Start a war, then "fix" the region by creating a foothold in a area that doesn't want us there, to fight worldwide terrorism? There are estimated to be 100 million Islamic Fascists worldwide.13 terrorist groups in Afghanistan alone. So why Iraq?
