Men: Do you sometimes yawn right after ejaculating? If so, does this happen often?

No I don't.. I try to get her off of me before gravity takes effect right back on me.

I don't care if he yawns as long as he finishes me off before laying down.

not really. though you expend alot of energy,, maybe your just a little worn out after doing it,. causing you to yawn

None of the men I've ever slept with has done that, as a matter of fact, they were ready to go again. I agree with Lucky, you're prolly bored.
