Manchester City’s midfielder, Yaya Toure has admitted that he wants to leave the club and hopes to pursue a new challange elsewhere.
Last week, Yaya Toure went on to openly admit that he still loved http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Barcelona-c38604 and would one day like to return to the Spanish club, even if it was to end his career there.
Despite http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Mancini-c23323 claiming that the player was only saying that, in order to talk about his long term goals, it seems like the midfielder might actually be on his way out before the start of the coming season.
Toure’s agent, Dimitri Seluk, when talking about the Ivorian’s future is reported to have said: "He has done all he could do at City and he needs new motivations"
Toure would like a new challenge.”
"He would not cost much. He has two years on his contract and in one year he could leave under the Webster ruling." Seluk then guaranteed that no talks have taken place with Barca, but admitted he would like to take his client back to Camp Nou.”
He then went on to hint that the player could join a number of big clubs, since just about everyone was interested in landing the player.
"Toure could sign for many big clubs, like http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Chelsea-c38786 and Bayern [Munich]”
“Moreover, we would like to see Barca join the race.”
"I have not spoken with [soon-to-be Barca coach] Tito Vilanova or [president] Sandro Rosell, but they know the situation and if they are interested in the player there will be no problem to sit down and talk."
The agent then went on to reveal that Toure would also consider moving to Real Madrid, should the team be interested in pursuing the talented midfielder.
This past season, Toure has proven to be City’s saviour, on a number of occasions, but with him now looking to pursue a move away from the club, despite winning the Premier League title, it could only mean that he is not really happy with how things are
progressing at the club.
Nonetheless, it is now up to the player and his agent to decide, just what he ends up doing in the future.
