  1. new bolt. www.numricharms.com

  2. The slip-on/clip-on extractor can be replaced.  No need to replace the entire bolt.

Parts should be available from either Marlin or Numrich's.

You'll need to know the exact Model number of your rifle.  I imagine you have some variation of the Marlin Model 25.

    Marlin Firearms

    or

    Numrich's Gun Parts

  3. You only need the extractor.  You will need to know the model a of the rifle, and possibly the serial number.

I would track down the extractor in this order:

    1. Call Marlin Arms.  Their Gun Service number is (800) 544-8892.  They may either send you the part or ask you to ship the gun to them.  Marlin has a long history of excellent consumer service.  I have seen many Marlin firearms with greater damage than yours fixed by Marlin for free.

    2. Look for an aftermarket supplier of spare parts on the web, such as http://www.e-gunparts.com, find the part in their online catalog, and order it.

    3. Join an online web community, such as http://www.marlinowners.com and post a request for the part.  I have gotten a lot of parts for oddball firearms this way.

Marlin makes some of the best rimfire rifles on the market.  There are lots of spare parts out there, and extractors are the ones that get replaced most often.  I am confident you will find the part you are looking for.
