Yeah, but its hard to stay off computer with your own yahoo group?

I tend to make it my own world, i need help bad, i never in my life been addicted to anything, computer has taken over my whole life, please be blunt & tell me hints/ tips please,

honestly i dont think anyone here can help you because their most likely computer addicts as well.lol.

but my advice to you is to get out of the house,call some friends,and make plans.thats what i need and am going to do right now.bye=]
