Year 8 early Sats question, (please read details)?

I am really worried because I am taking the level 4 English reading sat a year early because I was selected out of a few students to do so. I know that I will at least get level 4 but I wanted to get a higher mark of like a level 5. The levels are 4 to 7 but I was orignally thinking that I would take the level 5 English reading sat in year 9. So wilI I be able to retake them next year when nearly everybody taking them because I really don't want to get a level 4 on my English reading in year 8?

  1. You wouldn't be put in unless your teachers feel you are capable of getting a decent mark. Another thing, SAT's aren't really that important, not like your GCSE's (this is in the UK right?). I was put into GCSE maths a year early and was predicted a C tops, revised and worked hard and got a B.

You probably won't be able to do it again, but you shouldn't need too. Revise, go into the exam confident and do the best you can.

    Good luck with the exam.
